Why did I receive more than one bill?

You may receive more than one bill depending on the services you received. You will receive a bill from the hospital for any services you received while at the hospital. You may receive a second bill for employed physician charges which will be billed separately from hospital charges. You may also receive additional bills that are related to your hospital stay from non-BSA staff. These may include Emergency Physicians, Anesthesiologists, Radiologists, Home Health, Hospice and/or Pathologists.

You can pay your bill online, by phone, in person or by mail.

To pay your bill over the phone, please call the Business Office at 888-568-3522 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To pay your bill in person, please visit the BSA Patient Financial Services Office at 3310 Danvers or at the BSA Cashier’s Office at 1600 Wallace Blvd.

What if I can’t pay my bill?

If you are unable to make your payment in full, please contact the Business Office at 888-568-3522. A Financial Counselor will be available to help you make payment arrangements or discuss financial assistance options you may qualify for. Can I combine my accounts and make payment arrangements?

If you have multiple accounts with BSA, you mst have payment arrangements set up for each individual account. Account balances cannot be combined.
