Parking

BSA offers free visitor parking. Click here for a printable parking map.

Golf Cart Shuttle

BSA offers free golf cart shuttle services.

Hours of operation:

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you wish to be picked up, please call 806-212-4061 to let us know your location.

Valet Parking

BSA offers free valet parking.

Hours of operation:

Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The last car will be parked at 5 p.m. Please retreive your vehicle one hour prior to close.

BSA Health System reserves the right to refuse valet services and is not responsible for loss of damage to personal property. All claims must be presented before vehicle leaves facility.

Spiritual Care

Spiritual needs of all patients are respected and supported through the services of our chaplain team. Patients, families, visitors or staff members, regardless of religious affiliation, may request Pastoral Care. To request spiritual services, please call 806-212-5343 or 806-212-5035 after 4:30 p.m.

Chapel

The McKee Chapel is open for spiritual reflection and is located on the first floor near the gift shop.

Gift Shop

Whether in need of get well flowers or a welcoming gift for a new baby, BSA has got you covered. The BSA Gift Shop is located in the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Non-COVID Patient Visitation

Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical Units

2 visitors at a time from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and 1 overnight visitor

Day Surgery

2 visitors from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Inpatient Surgery

2 visitors in the designated waiting room from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Labor and Delivery

2 visitors at a time from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and 1 overnight visitor

Siblings (any age) of the newborn may visit for 1 hour

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Parents of the patient(s) can visit 24/7

1 grandparent may switch out with 1 parent for an hour each day from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Pediatrics and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

2 adult visitors 24/7

 

COVID Patient Visitation

Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical Units

2 visitors per day, 1 at a time, for 1 hour each from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Labor and Delivery

1 visitor per day from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

All Emergency Room patients may have 2 visitors 24/7.

All visitors must be 12 years old or older and wear a mask.

Masking Policy

We no longer require masks in our hospitals and clinics.

  • Patients who have tested positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 should continue to wear a mask and wash their hands frequently.
  • Visitors who have tested positive for COVID-19 should not enter.

We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 transmission rates and may return to a mask requirement if needed at any time.

We encourage everyone to continue to take precautionary measures and to get vaccinated or boosted to help reduce transmission and more serious symptoms of COVID-19.

Lost and Found

When visiting the hospital, please leave all valuables at home.

If you have lost an item at the hospital, please call 806-212-3463 to leave a detailed description about the item and a representative will call you back within 24 hours.

Photography, Video-recording and Audio-recording Policy

BSA Health System seeks to create an environment in which all patients, visitors, and staff feel safe and comfortable with their privacy protected while utilizing our services or providing care. BSA does not allow the use of photography, video-recording, and/or audio-recording of patients, visitors, or BSA staff or volunteers in the facility.
