BSA Gourmet Room Service

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients, BSA is pleased to offer the BSA Gourmet room service program for patients. Our restaurant-style dining menu features made-to-order, freshly prepared food for every palate, including those with dietary restrictions.

The BSA Culinary Team cooks a variety of items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including homemade soups, fresh salads and sweet treats. When patients would like to eat, a BSA Gourmet Ambassador will take the order, prepare the meal and deliver it to the room within 45 minutes. Patients can order throughout the day or night at times that best fit their schedule.

BSA Dining Center

The BSA Dining Center offers eight food stations for every appetite. Diners can choose freshly-prepared items from the grill, world flair, classic buffet, deli, chef station, pizza oven, bakery or potato bar. The 400-seat dining area has a grand view of the medical center. Click here for the weekly menu.
