If you know that you will be having a specific procedure, we encourage you to call BSA directly and speak with the Pre-Registration Office.  You can receive a more detailed estimate which will take into account any co-payment or deductible if you are covered under an insurance or managed care plan.

Please note that requesting an estimate may result in a delay in the scheduling and/or date of your inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure or other service.  BSA will provide an estimate of charges for any elective Inpatient or Outpatient service on request and before scheduling of service.  Estimates will be provided no later than the 10th business day after the request.

The actual charges for your inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure or other service may differ from the amount paid by you or your insurance provider.  You may be personally responsible for payment for your treatment, depending on your health benefit plan coverage.
