Therapy and Rehabilitation

After an illness or accident, patients often suffer from pain, lack of strength, and decreased range of motion. But with the help of the therapists and other care providers at BSA, patients who live in the Panhandle region can return to a more normal, active lifestyle.

Our therapists are dedicated to helping patients improve through thorough assessments, individualized treatment programs, patient education and a life-long approach that includes prevention and self-management.

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Center extends its services to adults with acquired brain injury (traumatic brain injury, stroke and brain tumors), spinal cord injury, amputation, total joint replacement or other neurological and orthopedic conditions. The goal is to restore one to the highest level of physical, social, cognitive and emotional independence following a debilitating illness, injury or surgery.

Once the patient leaves the hospital, rehabilitation often continues at BSA Outpatient Therapy Services.

BSA Outpatient Therapy Services is a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility. We offer a wide array of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and pediatric therapy.
