Healthy Connections

Who do you call when you need a Primary Care Provider? We are here to help!

The BSA Healthy Connections Program is a resource offered by BSA to help you connect to a primary care provider. Our goal is to assist you in locating a Primary Care Provider for convenient continual healthcare. The program is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Call BSA Healthy Connections Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 806-212-5185 to speak to a Referral Specialist.
  2. A Referral Specialist will help set up an established appointment with a provider.
  3. You will attend your established appointment to meet with your provider.

The BSA Healthy Connections Program is here to help you locate a Primary Care Provider. A Primary Care Provider is a Physician or Nurse Practitioner who delivers comprehensive healthcare in a clinic setting. They can treat a wide variety of issues, such as common colds, stomach problems and sinus infections. They are also able to address more chronic health problems like asthma, high blood pressure and allergies.

There are several benefits to having an established Primary Care Provider:

  • Offers a quick turn around time to see your provider
  • Easy access to scheduling appointments as needed
  • Offers convenient preventative healthcare
  • A primary care provider can help guide you in other healthcare needs

Our provider at the BSA Urgent Care Center specializes in family medicine to meet your needs:
