AMARILLO, TX (November 3, 2022) – Eight BSA Health System nurses have been recognized by the Texas Nurses Association for their exceptional nursing practices and service to the community. They will be honored at the Panhandle Great 25 Nurses celebration at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Amarillo Downtown tonight.
The recipients are:
“Each of these eight nurses are role models in the field of healthcare and are invaluable assets to both BSA and our community,” said BSA Chief Nursing Officer Katrina Tokar MSN, RN, NEA-BC said. “This award showcases their admirable leadership qualities, professionalism and devotion to providing patients with unmatched care. I am proud to know and work with each of these women.”
In 2021, 10 BSA nurses were honored: Jessica Albracht, Dana Brookwalter, Brenda Graham, Glenda Harris, Hong Hong, Theresa King, Cami Meason, Jennifer Peters, Amanda Richardson and Sandy Richardson.
