This was my first meeting/visit with Dr. Mak. I was extremely impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, as well as, his concern for my issues & concerns. He spoke very clearly about the issues and alleviated all my concerns. My wife was with me and he addressed all her questions as well. We were both very, very impressed his nurse (Cindy) who along with Dr. Mak took notes through out our visit. It was a gratifying, enjoyable & productive visit. We were extremely pleased & look forward to our next visit with Dr. Mak & Cindy.
