About Erica Wheat, MD

Erica Wheat, MD is certified by the American Board of Surgeons in general surgery. Dr. Wheat specializes in breast and endocrine surgery. As a member of the BSA Breast Team, Dr. Wheat provides comprehensive surgical solutions for patients with benign and malignant tumors of the breast. She provides surgical options for patients with complex thyroid and parathyroid pathology.

Dr. Wheat is a member of the following professional associations: American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons, Potter-Randall County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association.

In her free time Dr. Wheat enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, traveling and running. She is conversational in Spanish.
