She took the time to explain what I needed to do

She was very helpful, and explained everything she did to me and my wife in great detail. We felt very well taken care of. 

I am not a usual type patient. I am a retired orthopedic surgeon. I suspect that knowledge influenced the encounter positively and negatively. I received courteous, personal care. Except for the reason I had to be there, I was a positive experience

My provider was quick but efficient. She gave a lot of effort into figuring out where my pain was coming from on my foot. She ordered X-rays without me having to ask. To be extra cautious she sent me home in a boot for a few weeks then referred me to ortho. She did everything I had hoped and more to treat me the best she could.

She was the most amazing person I have ever been seen by. She gave me options and gave me information so I could make an informed decision on my Healthcare. I wasn't sure how to advocate for myself due to being uneducated on the topic so I asked her what she would do and she was kind in letting me know her medical stance if it were her being treated! She was kind, understanding, educational, and even made me laugh! I really do appreciate your wonderful staff!

Was triaged and sent to ER

Doctor was outstanding.

Provider had nurse place sling and sent for a referral. Called me back after a few hours later to see if ortho able to see me that day. I told her no, not for a few more days. She then requested I come back for splint placement, this should have been done initially to stabilize the arm. I was grateful she called me back but should have just splinted it when I was there the first time. 

The provider was very professional along with the staff up front and the nurse. We received great care. I was very pleased with the whole visit.

The PA that took care of me listened and was very thorough in treating what I came in for. Although it was super busy, I feel my time was not rushed and I was taken care of well!

Always had good care from all the staff will use facility again
