About T.M. (Toby) Risko

Dr. Toby Risko received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and received his Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

Dr. Risko is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He specializes in orthopedic trauma surgery, general orthopedic surgery and joint reconstructive surgery. Dr. Risko has served as assistant professor of orthopedic surgery as well as chief of the Orthopedic Trauma Division at Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
