I didn't know what to expect & a little scared. The pleasant greeting, being able to ask questions, explaining options caused me to not be anxious.

Everyone in the staff has always be helpful with any questions.

Dey is a great Dr. 

Said a handful of things to me, barely explained what he was doing and didn't seem to care about medical history or anything. I was super obese with seasonal allergies and "sounded winded and congested" so rather than address hearing issues I've had he just assumed because of current presentation I needed allergy pills when I was there for issues hearing and ear health. I felt dismissed and unheard and it was not a pleasant experience

Dr. Dey was friggin' awesome! The best initial contact I've ever had with a physician!

Dr. Dey was so awesome and included me in everything. Showed me my x-rays and explained it all to me. He was amazing.
