Dr. Dennis showed great workmanship.

I let Dennis Dey,PA know why I did not have my RX refilled. He listened to me and asked me a couple of questions. I responded. He then took the time to go over the reason for the procedure & the purpose for continuing with the RX. I appreciate his patience & understanding!

Mr. D. Dey rushed through my much anticipated appointment. I had many questions and concerns to address, but he didn't take the time to ask me why I was in his office. He didn't seemed concerned about me as a patient. Instead, he said, welcome to the the 40s club. He checked both ears, said I had an infection, told me to go get a hearing test, and come back and see him. I had a forceful irrigation that caused my ear to bleed back in July, but he didn't give me an opportunity to bring it up. I felt like I had to speak his name loudly just to get his attention and to deserve the word. I am disappointed and waited a long time to get in since I am a new patient. I was hoping for a caring and knowledgeable provider. I want another ENT provider and deserve better.

Dey is a great Dr. 

Said a handful of things to me, barely explained what he was doing and didn't seem to care about medical history or anything. I was super obese with seasonal allergies and "sounded winded and congested" so rather than address hearing issues I've had he just assumed because of current presentation I needed allergy pills when I was there for issues hearing and ear health. I felt dismissed and unheard and it was not a pleasant experience

Dr. Dey was friggin' awesome! The best initial contact I've ever had with a physician!
