About Chance Irwin, MD

Chance Irwin, MD, FACS is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in general and vascular surgery. Dr. Irwin specializes in vascular surgery and is one the first surgeons in the Texas Panhandle to perform TransCarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR). He also performs Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repairs as well as Peripheral Artery Angioplasty and Stenting. In addition to open and endovascular surgery, Dr Irwin also performs general surgery and robotic surgery.

Dr. Irwin is part of the following professional associations: SAGES, Society for Vascular Surgery, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, Potter-Randall County Medical Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

In his spare time Dr Irwin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
