All staff was amazing to include the student.

The dr that cared for my son was so nice and gentle. He was the best dr I have had at any urgent care or ER. He explained everything and showed us the xrays of my sons hand and where there were issues. I am thankful he is who we saw!

The entire experience was exceptional: from the intake persons to the doctor, the entire healthcare team was beyond great; they were exceptional!!!

Extremely clean, explained every step, made sure I was numbed well. So fast and zero pain in stitching.

I went in because of a respiratory issue and there was no mention of a chest x-ray. The physician never even looked down my throat I had to have this done the following day at advanced imaging.

The  provider was extremely thorough and listened to us very well. He listened patiently to my Dad. We were very pleased with his care.

Answered questions and met my needs

I really like Dr. Flores. He trusts his patients know/understand their own bodies/health issues. I have a lengthy history of health issues, and he has never been condescending or questioned my judgment between a sinus infection or a regular headache or in this case- he saved me from an ER visit because I have had diverticulitis before and remembered the onset symptoms. He was still thorough, and made sure I knew to proceed to the ER if the antibiotics he prescribed did not work. I avoided another hospital stay because of his professionalism.
