BSA Advanced Wound Care is an outpatient clinic of BSA Health System. For each visit to our clinic, you will receive two separate bills: one from the hospital and one from your physician.

Hospital Billing
The hospital will bill for clinic visit charges and any procedures performed—such as debridement, grafts, or dressings. Additional services like lab work, X-rays, MRIs or other ancillary testing may also be billed separately by the hospital at a later date.
Physician Billing
Each physician involved in your care will bill separately for the professional services they provide. This includes charges for both clinic visits and procedures. Depending on the complexity of your wound care, different specialists may be involved. All BSA Advanced Wound Care physicians are specially trained in wound management.
Insurance Billing
Your insurance provider will receive one set of codes that clearly identify which services were provided by the hospital and which were provided by your physician. This ensures that you are not being billed twice for the same services—though they appear as two separate bills, they represent different components of your care.
