In-person classes have now resumed and for the safety of our patients, their families and our staff, BSA is following strict COVID protocols according to CDC guidelines.

As the birth of your baby gets closer, it's common to have anxiety and lots of questions. Education is the key to decreasing any nervousness you may have. The more you know and understand about the process of labor, the better prepared you will be.
